I. GENERAL TERMS.Please do you best to explain what you would like clearly, and provide references where possible.
I have the right to decline any commission order at my discretion. Rudeness will not be tolerated.II. PAYMENTI will send a basic outline sketch to give you an idea of how things will look. After the details are confirmed, I will expect full upfront payment. After payment is received, I will begin work on the final product.
Payments are only accepted through PayPal.III. PROCESSProgress updates will be sent semi-frequently to keep you informed, and to smooth out any discrepancies with the product.Commissions may take up to 2 weeks to complete depending on numerous factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.
If any of above become factors affecting progress, you will be notified accordingly.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make working with the client smooth and enjoyable.
However, after a commission is finished, I will only be able to make small changes to the product without charging extra for the trouble, changes such as colouring adjustments or correcting certain mistakes.Any major change will come with an extra charge depending on its difficulty, such as a notable alteration to a character's clothing. This also includes background changes or anything that requires a complete redraw.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner.Therefore, I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself on any platform or site.
I am also free to display and/or post the artwork wherever I want.As the commissioner, you may use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
You may print the art and claim the right to the character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use of the art to promote yourself is permitted, provided that proper credit given to Toronto Sleepr, the artist.Breaking these copyright terms in any way will result in you, the commissioner, losing every right to the drawing in question.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (monetizing the work and making profit off of it).
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without the artist´s, consent.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time for whatever reason.
Refunds are permitted under specific circumstances and must be discussed before hand.
